As long as the user restarts their computers. bat file which installs a program at startup. run batchfile at logon from locked session Windows. Is that the only way I can resolve this, or is there a more quick method (I will be re-evaluating the DNS server, too, since this is now an issue on three machines)? To fix this, I've been exporting any desktop items that user has to a flash drive, blowing away the profile, and rebuilding from there. All 3 users affected are running Windows 7 pro. I've tried re-syncing the time via an elevated command prompt w32tm /resync, but when I try to log back in as the original user with the problem, I get logged back into the default profile. Any profile that's on that machine that wasn't the initial profile logged into works just fine, so I don't know the time issue would be affecting only one profile. When they log into their machines, they are logged into the default profile instead of their own, and in looking through the logs, I see even 131, which appears to be a time sync issue. Over the last three weeks, I've had three different users experience a faulty login experience. I've posted on a similar issue before, but I'm hoping someone that sees this can recommend a different approach.
#DIVFIX ERROR 131 HOW TO#
I know nothing of coding or how to fix the problem myself.I'm hoping someone else has run into an issue like I've been running into and has a better answer, or at least a more efficient use of time, than what I've been doing as a fix. I looked on a few other sites and most of them suggested using VirtualDub or DivFix
#DIVFIX ERROR 131 MOVIE#
when i go to add file and open the movie file, the following error occurs

I then try another application VirtualDub 1.9.11. i click the button "strip index" and i get the following error

uncheck all boxes (cut out bad parts, keep original file, recover from key frames). i add the file the list since its the only file. I try the first program DivFix++ using version 0.34. Instead of deleting the file like i do with all the other bad/broken ones, i did a google search to see how i could resolve the "broken file" problem using the search terms "is there a way to fix a broken video clip" when i went to check on the file, its summary says just as i was about to reach the end of the film, hypercam tells me that it stopped working and i had to force close the application. Story: i was playing a pc game and was using hypercam 3.
